We were just walking past and saw the 50%off rack outside. One of the saleswoman was very friendly and showed us more sales items inside. They told us about how they get their items shipped from Liverpool and the items are authentic 70s apparel. I love the graphic tees and the 70s dresses! Everyone was very attentive and in tune with your likes. I wasn't too happy with my outfit that I wore to St. Augustine but they took care of me and I left with a whole new outfit that I felt more comfortable, cute and cool in. I also got my very first headband and I love it! It kept my hair out of my face and was very comfortable. I absolutely love polka dots and I got those super cute light earrings that I will wear all the time! I love the shoes BUT my budget would not allow me to get them this time. I also tried on some 70s dresses and I truly love them. Prices are fair and they ship too! (Dangerous!) I will definitely be calling to have clothes shipped to me. I already plan on coming back when I bring my niece next time.

LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!
Look, I don't care if you are all about current fashions or not, you WILL find something way cool in here.
I use a wheelchair and managed to wind my way through here, and almost knocked something over. I was apologizing left and right, and the lovely young woman working here was like, "Oh, I knock things over all the time!" I can't tell you how much I appreciate someone trying to make me feel better about my navigation skills LOL.
If I could wear heels, I would be allll over the shoes in this store. My teenage son LOVED the sunglasses in here. My husband and I loved the vintage band tshirts. I actually loved a lot of the stuff in here - if my budget allowed, I would have bought more in here.

And, since I do have a million issues, I could NOT leave without buying the "More Issues Than Vogue" v-neck shirt. It's soft and I LOVE that it's a v-neck. It was hard to pick a color, but I love purple, so then I had to decide between the wine and purple.

This place is fantastic!!! We shop here several times a year and refresh my wife's wardrobe everytime. Reviews seem to be all over the place but I will say I have never had a rude or unenjoyable experience at MOD. Next time you are in, look for Sarah!!! She was an absolute joy to work with and helped me make my wife's experience absolutely over the top!

I bought a pair of shorts from the sale rack for 20% off. When I came home and tried them in they were completely missing the zipper and unwearable. When I went back to see if I could get an exchange they refused, saying their policy is zero returns or exchanges on sale items. I understand the policy but in the case of damaged goods, they should not be put out for sale without some kind of label alerting customers. The sales girl was lovely and called the owner who just restated the policy.

the owner, Mariama is incredibly rude, disrespectful and treats her employees horribly. when my sister turned in her notice after MONTHS of poor treatment, mariama sent a very passive aggressive, rude text calling her ungrateful saying ‘that saved me the $500 bonus i was going to give you’ despite knowing my sisters last shift was yesterday before coming home for the holidays. she is very dishonest, rude and treats her employees so badly.
she cuts her employees pay with no notice, rehiring people at a lower rate after they started. don’t work here, don’t support this business. she has female employees work late at night alone and take the trash down to these sketchy dumpsters blocks away. i bought a pair of pants while visiting my sister at work that were too big and even my sister who works there could not exchange them because the return policy is so strict. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEPLACE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS!!! so ridiculous and infuriating.

My 12 year old daughter went in on our vacation and bought a small purse with her own money. When we got back to the hotel she decided it was too small. We went back the next day with a receipt and asked to exchange for a larger purse. We did not ask for money back. The store owner refused my daughters exchange. I went back inside with her and asked politely and she declined again. I explained she would spend more money on the new purse and she declined. Poor customer service especially for a highly tourist area. I guess she doesn’t care as she doesn’t believe she will ever see us again. Just a bad business practice.
