So I’ve been coming to this salon for close to a year. They have decent service in terms of there is not a wait to start when you come in-you can walk in without an appointment and get started on services fairly quickly. Also they take their time and do a pretty good job. HOWEVER, I’ve been getting their mod jelly pedicure which is $48. Last time before today was four weeks ago, paid 48+20% tip. Today the price jumped to $65. Asked the lady about it because I shocked and she explained that it cost an additional $20 to do the gel; that’s a 35% increase over four weeks!!! I paid along with my tip because I didn’t want to hold up the line and the young man did an “okay” job (nail polish wasn’t laid properly: it has groves as if it will lift in a couple days) but they have lost a customer—that is highway robbery! Also there was no indication in their menu book that doing gel instead of regular polish is an additional $20.

That third photo is from when I woke up this morning. Less than 24hrs and the gel polish I paid $65 for is already coming off. I will be disputing this charge through my bank.

Also I know what I’ve been getting since I’ve been coming here because I get the same thing all the time which is the mod jelly. Also your response is unprofessional; I hope future customers take heed.

Quite possibly the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nails were in rough shape. I have never had cuticle cream burn. The massage was incredibly painful. I couldn’t wait to get out of here. The cleanliness was not great either.

Giving them 2 stars because the pedicure was par. It wasn’t the worst, but also not the best. They were also able to take me in as an immediate walk in.

Sam is the most patient nail tech I’ve ever had. I kept changing my mind about designs, and he never made me feel uncomfortable. He stayed professional the whole time and did an amazing job.

This was by far the WORST manicure I’ve ever had! I looked right at the owner on my way to pay and complained and he could care less! I will never be back and highly recommend not waisting your money!

Decided to come on a whim for a pedicure with my mom and the staff was very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. The spa was very clean and neat. The pedicure service was super relaxing, and the exfoliating scrub and lotion they used smelled so good! I’m not someone who regularly gets nail services done, so this was a treat and it was well worth the price. We will both definitely be coming back! (I would post pictures of how cute my pedicure looks, but no one is getting free feet pics from me ). 5/5 Stars!

I went here three times and the first time, with Michael was great, however he left. Went back a second time and the guy forgot an application that caused the dip to peel off painfully. The next day, when I went back, he cut my fingers, until they bled, to file the rest off. They looked great, painful but beautiful. They didn’t charge and lasted four weeks. So, I went back a third time, thinking, just once more due to convenience. Well, we are a week in and my dip nails, which usually last 4 weeks are chipping after a week, my dip has faded and the truth is, the chair I sat in was broken, my toes look like I’ve never had them done. Chipped everywhere. All in all, it’s just one bad experience after another. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ve seen how the owner reacts with these reviews but they should take what people say seriously and fix the issues. Hire professionals or train your staff and while you’re at it, Update your chairs (which isn’t important but is, when the techs don’t do quality work) I won’t be going back. It’s a shame, it’s across the street from my house.

I’ve been going to this salon since I moved here in 2015. The staff has changed slightly over time but for the past 4 years I’ve been getting my nails done by David. He always does a wonderful job and we’ve done a lot of creative things over the years. The staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond for their clients. If you are looking for detailed designs and different arty types of nails I highly recommend David. They also offer different types of pedicures, go for the deluxe it’s the same price as other salons regular pedi and you get little extras with the deluxe. Ok see you guys Friday!

I was in town visiting and wanted to get a pedicure. I found Mod on google and headed over. There luckily was no wait and I got in for a pedicure immediately. It was reasonably priced and I paid extra for a longer massage, which was worth it. Thank you! 🙂
