Beware....no customer support at all after they received wire transfer. Since January 30 we have not received ANY status on the shipping and the contact Silvana Santana has not returned emails nor phone calls. I wonder if she actually exists. At this point we are probably going to write off what we paid for and God knows how much it will cost us to pursue legal action. My recommendation keep your printing equipment purchases local close to your facilities.

Never do business with this company.
I sent a loading photo of the machine I purchased in early July 2022 at the end of August. I paid on the appointed date, but I don't understand their work.
The machine arrived at the beginning of November, but the machine was loaded into a container without being fixed and the whole machine was broken. And there was no SBP66 that I bought.
I took a picture right away and sent an email asking for the contact information of the insurance manager because it is under CIF conditions. (I never get an e-mail because this company's mail server is weird. )
After sending dozens of e-mails, they said they would understand the situation for a week and contact me again because they don't have a company representative now, but they haven't heard from me at all and haven't been processed yet. Once, they sent an email saying that they would send shipping documents soon because they sent SBP, but they have not taken any action since then.
The machine was broken as a whole and the machine parts fell to the bottom of the container.
I have to buy all the damaged covers and accessories from Heidelberg.
This company has made me uneasy about doing business with a German company.

This company must be ashamed of putting Germany in its name.

Dirt bag through and through. Popped me for 100,000 Euros with extorsion. I agree with the other review, Germany should be ashamed to have their name associated with this company.
